Recently directed to the new profession updates on the official site, I’ve taken a quick peek and pondered a little more about them… Being more and more tempted by my ‘bounty hunter/assassin’ idea than by the others I had until now, I looked at it in this new light, sort of…
Artisan
This profession includes skills from the basic crafting and surveying disciplines. A player in this profession is well versed in using schematics to build things.
Doesn’t look like Keth at all, huh.
Brawler
This profession includes skills from the unarmed and melee combat disciplines. A player in this profession can be extremely dangerous in close combat.
Interesting way. Melee combat can always be important in this kind of ‘job’, so I really can’t ditch it. Moreover I’ve always had this thing with swords and daggers, so I’m being partial.
Entertainer
This profession includes skills from the dancing and musicianship disciplines. A player in this profession can play musical instruments and perform dance routines for the benefit of others.
I suppose you can be an assassin and like music, but no. Not as a ‘profession’ *winks*
Marksman
This profession combines skills from the ranged combat disciplines. A player in this profession is extremely dangerous in ranged combat.
Other choice I could do for my future profession, for obvious reasons.
Medic
This profession includes skills from the wound treatment and medicine crafting disciplines. A player in this profession is a valuable ally to any combatant.
Useful skills in this, I suppose, but not the first choice.
Scout
This profession combines outdoorsmanship and animal harvesting disciplines. A player in this profession will be able to set up campsites to protect players from wildlife.
Maybe too much ‘forest-nature’ type for a city-dweller like keth’ll surely be…
So, guess my first choices would be eitehr Brawler or Marksman. That is, if I go on with this idea, but I don’t have any better one for the moment, and I’d like to see to which extent I could push it too.
Tsuzuku…
